Matador Digital is our institutional fund business. AlgoForce is a segregated portfolio within Matador Digital Assets Fund SPC. The upcoming 900 Labs private equity fund is planned as another segregated portfolio within the same SPC.
At AlgoForce, my role is Portfolio Manager. The portfolio combines spot trading, long and short positioning, and participation in decentralised finance.
The private equity strategy connects 900 Labs’ research and agentic infrastructure work with the acquisition and improvement of operating businesses.

Strategy in development

The strategy is to acquire businesses with repetitive, document-heavy work and use agentic infrastructure to improve their operations. The initial focus is accounting and auditing.
900 Labs’ research methods inform the due diligence, with an investment thesis and reasons to walk away written before diligence begins.
The fund is planned as a segregated portfolio within Matador Digital Assets Fund SPC, separate from AlgoForce. It is still in development.
